The Historic John P. Furber Farm will provide the following:

- 60" round tables (seats up to 8 guests)

- Chiavari chairs

- Seating capacity of 500 for a ceremony and reception

- Large space for an outdoor ceremony

- Very large Bridal and Groom changing areas with A/C

- Handicap Bridal/Groom Suite

- Main level bathrooms in the barn with A/C

- Onsite parking lot
